Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via Aramex Store-to-Door. Delivery typically takes 8–11 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us at support@thecrowncollective.co.za so we can assist.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence at The Crown Collective. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, used hair products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Manufacturing defects reported within 6 months will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To start a return, email support@thecrowncollective.co.za with your order number and details.
